Install

Download it from Blender's official addon store!

Or install it directly from Blender in the Get Extensions section.

Alternatively:

  1. Download zip from releases page

  2. In Blender:

  • Edit > Preferences > Add-ons
  • Install from Disk...
  • select vmc_link.zip
  1. Open View3D > Sidebar > VMC Link, set Address/Port, pick targets, and click Start Receiver.

Build

On linux simply run this:

./build.sh

Othervise you just bundlle the src directory to .zip.

Optionally update pythonosc in src/wheels.

And of course, the official way of building extensions works as well. In the src directory, run:

blender --command extension build
