Spitfire Stub

Simple launcher that starts the newest installed version of Spitfire Browser in Windows.

Stub is installed as <installDir>\spitfire.exe, the one path shortcuts, pins and the registry point at.

On start it reads <installDir>\spm\installed.ini, takes V of the first section with k = browser, and starts <installDir>\versions\<V>\spitfire.exe with the caller's arguments, cwd and environment.

Ships inside the Launcher package as spitfire.exe, laid over the install dir by SPM.

Build
